On a recent Saturday afternoon I got in my car with my good friends Romy and Kim and we drove just under 2 hours south to Carlsbad, CA to check out the brand new Luxe Lounge at the Spa in La Costa Resort & Spa.
It’s almost 2 years ago that I first discovered the La Costa Resort & Spa, but they just opened up the Luxe Lounge in the spa. So let me tell you about the Luxe Lounge at the Spa at La Costa. It’s a private room that can be rented for a variety of reasons. You can rent it for something as simple as a place where you and a few girlfriends can hang out at the spa, or for a bridal shower, or even a little pamper party for your little Princess. The room has 6 chaise lounges, a small table and chairs, big screen TV, credenza and buffet.
Luxe Lounge Package Includes:
- Spa signature bellini bar with fresh fruit and two bottles of champagne
- choice of Spa Cafe lunch
- Spa gifts for guests and celebrant
- complimentary valet
- Full spa access
- Gratuity and Service Charge
- choice of (1) Mini Treatment
Romy, Kim and I met up with Beth and Kristen in the lounge where there was a full salad spread, Bellini Bar with wonderful fresh juices and a small candy bar. The best part was that Sex and the City the movie was playing on the TV. Girls day was going to begin.
Please note that the buffet lunch and candy bar are additional [cost] options to your Luxe Lounge experience.
- 42 Treatment Rooms
- 15,000 sq. ft outdoor spa courtyard with lounging pool
- Outdoor Tranquil Pool
- Indoor and Outdoor Jacuzzis
- Waterfall Showers
- Steam room and Sauna
- Spa Cafe
Many Bellinis, a great neck message, foot message and girl talk later we emerged the fabulous Luxe Lounge to enjoy the beautiful outdoor hot tub, rejuvenating steam room and the gorgeous dipping pool. Of course we continued the girl talk. It was hard to believe nearly 3.5 hours had passed in the Luxe Lounge.
It was a truly beautiful day I loved, and was reminded how important it is to just connect with the ladies you love! For more information about the Luxe Lounge or Spa contact Jessica at [email protected]
